The company was involved  in 2001 for the master planning of a 2000 bed destination holiday resort on the island of Caya Cruz, Cuba. The development included the creation of 3 PGA designed golf courses, four hotels graded between four and five stars, 5 apartment blocks, as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
