The company has been involved in Slovakia since 2003. We are very excited to be investing into a country which is showing such dynamic growth since its accession to Europe.

We are currently involved in a 400m euro project to create a summer and winter destination resort in Eastern Slovakia close to the town of Spisska Nova Ves. The project is to develop an area of 70 sq km of mountainous terrain into a variety of summer and winter activities. The land is situated in a part of the Low Tatras called Slovensky Raj (Slovak Paradise) and the development will create a brand new ski area of up to 100km of new ski runs, together with other associated winter activities as well as a themed aqua park and state of the art sports centre during summer months. The project will centre on a brand new village area based over 50 hectares which will provide accommodation for up to 10,000 people. Future plans in Slovakia include the creation of a golf resort close to Bratislava and a hotel and spa development in the Spa town of Piestany as well as several residential developments.
